I wholeheartedly concur Kelly that it' s better for new university graduates to work in a large company, because it provides a better-looking resume. Moreover, I would add that many of such large companies also offer a better salary. For instance, I used to be a teacher in a large and a small company, from a novice to a well-experienced teacher. I need to learn the basic teaching methodologies, keep up with advancing technology in education and find solutions for individual students. Behind each session lies tremendous effort made by countless days and nights. However, only that large company offers a high salary to my professional working altitude, which makes me choice the former without any hesitation. Admittedly, Andrew provides a relevant point that small companies always have more energy than large ones, but he does not mention that small companies often have more pressure at the same time. Overall, I firmly believe it' s wisely for a new university graduate to choose a company.
